Scheduled a call with Lou to help me on a matter and I couldn't be more impressed.  Lou was extremely helpful, unbelievably competent on the facts of the matter, realistic about expectations and was just a guy you want to do business with.  Unfortunately, my matter ended up being out of Lou's jurisdiction, but that didn't stop Lou from being helpful.  Lou continued giving me help and advice just as if he was going to take on my matter and get paid.  Lou is a class act that I would be honored to do business with him.  I HIGHLY recommend that you give Lou and his team a call.  Theresa was very helpful and professional setting things us as well!

Recently, after reading the reviews on Yelp, I contacted Lou Parker Law for a FREE consultation. I met with Lou Parker, who is extremely down to earth - easy going guy, but don't be fooled by his low key demeanor, he is as shrewd as they get! He listened to a number of questions I had and recommended different options to pursue. He translated the 'legal lingo' and ways things are done in the law world in easy laymen terms.He was honest and straight to the point. His insightful experience presented a very logical approach to each of my inquiries, which were in several different areas of law. He did not pressure me into signing on with him or moving forward together, he left the door open. I appreciated his professionalism and advice. In the future, if I need to hire a lawyer, I would not hesitate in contacting Lou Parker for representing me. I cannot thank Lou Parker enough for his action to finally bring 8 years of legal battles with my ex to a close.  I had been harassed and sued by my ex 3 times during that period for money.  After a year of monthly payments in the last round, I finally had enough money to offer a settlement amount and hire an attorney to represent me.  I reached out to Bennett Parker because of their positive Yelp reviews.  After speaking with Lou the first time about the nature of my case, he brought up a statute that indicated my ex did not have legal standing to sue me the last time - something 3 other attorneys I had consulted with at the beginning had not known.  This meant that at the very least, I did not have to make any more payments (let alone seek to negotiate a settlement amount).  But beyond even that, Lou successfully negotiated a repayment of almost the entire amount of the payments I had made.  And with that, I finally feel made whole.  Thank you for giving me my life back, Lou!!!

I went to Mr. Parker's office because I saw a blog about him helping veterans out with court case at a local Veteran help day. I called his office about a CS issue and he met with me right away. I am so very grateful that I was referred to Louis Parker to help with my bankruptcy case. He is real, down to earth, efficient and honest. I was so glad that he was patient with me, because I procrastinated and it took me "forever" to get my act together and complete the dang counseling course, the only missing piece of the puzzle to FINALLY file my case. As ridiculous as that sounds, Louis had a great disposition and we laughed about it, just what I needed to ease my worried mind! Once I just got on with it, things really ran pretty smoothly after that. He helped me understand the process and was very knowledgeable and straight forward. His paralegal Jennifer is also so very friendly and did an excellent job at helping me with any questions I had. She is very understanding and a hard worker! I highly recommend this firm. Louis Parker is an outstanding bankruptcy attorney.  I sat down with him one day when I was considering bankruptcy and his insights and suggestions prompted me to research my debt issue more thoroughly.  I discovered that a slightly higher payment towards my debt could eliminate it within 3 years.  I happily drove from Mesa to his Phoenix office to speak with him, but would have driven from Chandler, Tempe or Scottsdale as well.  He is genuinely interested in the best options for his clients rather than suggesting bankruptcy to all in order to boost his fees.  I highly recommend Louis to anyone who is or may be considering bankruptcy.
